On Sunday when we arrived here in Guijang I thought it would be such a long week, but we survived.  We were so blessed to have another couple traveling with us.  Her Chinese speaking skills came in handy many times.  My egg was cooked perfectly this morning because of her!!  The small things in life make such a difference when nothing is familiar...even when you've had eggs every morning for over a week.  : )
Bella still has diarrhea, but not as bad. Tomorrow morning we have a doctor's evaluation so hopefully they'll give us some advice.  She seems to be feeling fine otherwise.  I think it's more a parent issue...when will the next blow out occur???  Hopefully not on the plane!

We leave our hotel in about an hour for Guangzhou and will meet up with the other families we're traveling with. We're so excited to see their new little ones.  It will also be nice to see some familiar faces and be able to communicate.

I've included a few pics from the day we visited the monkey park.  Wild monkeys roam around and people feed them.  The thought of monkeys wandering around doesn't appeal to me and fortunately they appeared...lots of them when we were loaded up in the van.  I was happy to take pics from there.  We also visited a Buddist temple.  How sad to think people pray to these idols for guidance.  We probably shouldn't joke about Bella's Budda belly.

Pics are from Nov 23rd and include the Monkey Park, people in park doing Tai Chi, Bella using chop stix, and a local street market with every part of the pig for sale and tanks with live frogs.   We think her hair is already growing out (up).

Hope to have more to report tomorrow.  Today we have just been packing and trying our best to get her fed and rested before the plane ride.

Blessings,
Mike, Brook and Bella Bug
